At Mad Rock, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next ascent. If your gear isn't performing as expected, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
